Abode XD Freezing

So I have been using Abode Xd for a few months now and I have never had any issues with it crashing, freezing, errors, or just not working in general, But today when I opened it up and made a new file to make a dropdown navigation menu and everything was great with it until I used the keys ctrl+d to make a dropdown menu on my laptop. Then it just kept freezing and saving everytime I pressed ctrl+d to create multpile dropdown pages underneath the main page and so I just started clicking around and it eventually would unfreeze but it would show me everything I had just done. So if someone knows how to fix this so it doesn't keep happening please let me know ASAP
