About "terms of Use "of Plug-in "WebExport"

Adobe XDのプラグイン"WebExport"の使用許諾に関する情報をお持ちでしょうか。
現在、このプラグインの商用ライセンスを調査中です。プラグインの使用許諾についてサポート窓口へ問い合わせすると、「it is same as license Adobe software uses.」との回答でした。

これは、「WebExportの使用許諾は、Adobe General Terms of Useの3.1に準拠している」という理解で正しいのでしょうか。
