Accordion content in scrolling panel

Hi,

First time posting and just starting out with XD.

What are peoples thoughts on prototyping something like this in XD? Namely, the menu on the right that scrolls and contains drop downs.

 

I've started trying it out but the wiring up stage gets very messy and I have to keep starting that part over.

Also - can't find a way to get a proper scrollbar integrated.

Is XD suitable for this type of app?

Any replies really appreciated.

    Have you tried using Scroll groups? I think this options will solve out all your needs as specified here with respect to multiple drop downs and scrolling all at the same time.
