Lately I can't install plugins in adobe xd,
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Please let me know what issue you are facing.

Can you please try below step:-

Deleting ExMan.db from /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Configuration/DB/
Relaunch CCD
Install plugins
