Adding fonts to creative cloud Loading since ages

It is taking longer that normal to add fonts. infact it is still loading since an hour. not sure when it will get done. Please help me out.

Hi there,

 

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared here:

 

  1. Sign out of XD and CC Desktop app.
  2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from the task manager.
  3. Reboot the machine.
  4. Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and try activating the fonts again,
