Adobbe XD Freezes on Share

Adobe XD seems to be freezing whenever I try to update a custom or development link but seems to work just fine when I change to design review, presentation, and user testing links.

I have tried restarting the program, tried reinstalling the program, and also redid the entire design project but this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

 

XD Version: 29.1.32
Operating System: Windows 10 Build 19041.264

Just today, Adobe XD seems to be freezing whenever I try to update a custom or development link. I have tried restarting the program, even went ahead uninstalling and reinstalling the program but this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

 

Sharing design review, presentation, and user testing links seem to work just fine.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

 

  1. A screenshot of the About XD info page under the help menu.
  2. Is it happening with a specific file or all the files?
  3. Is it happening with cloud documents or locally saved document or both?
