Adobe Experience Design CC not opening - Windows

Hi, I have just installed without errors Adobe Experience Design CC directly from Creative Cloud in a laptop running Windows 10 version 1607 (last version). However when I execute the app, it doesn't show up the interface neither the icon in the bottom bar.

I don't know the reason and I would like to correct the error. Anyone have solved this issue?

Thank you in advance!

Hi , can you try opening Event Viewer and see if there's any entry mentioning Adobe.CC.XD.

A normal launch would log something like "The app Adobe.CC.XD... was activated successfully.".

You can look in the Applications log or in Microsoft/Windows/Apps/Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI log.

Hi Vlad, thank you for your answer. I have done what you said and I have found the following error in the Applications log:

The same error appears also in Microsoft/Windows/Apps/Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI log.

    Thanks Vlad.

Sorry, the error -2144927141 (0x8027025B) means just "The app didn't start" but it doesn't tell me what the actual reason is.

Did you already try uninstalling and re-installing?

Do you see any adjacent log message before/after this error that may be related?
