Adobe library connectivity issues in MS Powerpoint and AS Word

Hi, there is some kind of issue when we try to access the "Adobe Library" I tried all steps from this link:

https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html except for the last one, which requires Admin access. The apps are installed on the company provided laptop. Please suggest required steps to resolve this issue.

I tried this and installed the add-in, it shows an error. (attached) I tried troubleshooting steps from this link too:

still not working.
