Adobe Support Organization is very bad
I called into support and after 10 min, the support rep hung up on me because he was unwilling to help me.
I called in again and the 2nd time, after I asked the analyst to open a ticket because he can't help me, he told me he would call me back with the ticket number. He never did. I think it actually lied about opening a ticket.
