adobe xd不支持拖曳图片是怎么回事啊,求帮忙

我的是win10系统，突然就不能把图片直接拖拽到矩形框中，只能复制粘贴才行，卸载后重装也一样，哪位大神知道怎么回事吗？急！！！

我找到原因了，不知你有没有解决，https://jingyan.baidu.com/article/0964eca26d6fbd8285f536ee.html，这是链接，我是前几天刚出现这个问题，ps无法导入图片，按照这个方法可以导入了，后来发现ps可以导入，xd又不行了，后来又进去把1改成了0，就2个都可以了，你试试
