Why cant my adobe xd connect to the cloud. I cant open the doucment shared with me. I have tried updating it, reinstalling and signing in and out of creative cloud

  1. The version of XD and OS.
  2. Are you getting any error while opening a file?

version: 35.2.12

The adobe xd keep syncing and connecting, unable to load the updated cloud document

Thanks for confirming. Have you tried the steps suggested in the article shared above? If yes, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Are you connected to a private network or a managed network like a work network?
  4. Please try the steps shared below:
  • Sign out of XD & CC Desktop app.
  • Close CoreSync and all Adobe related process from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  • Sign back in on the Adobe CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if you are able to access the documents.
