Adobe XD 55.2.12 - Italian version instead English one, then App is freezing and closes itself.

Hi.

I've never had this problem before, but cut to the chase. 

Windows 11. HUAWEI BOD-WXX9.

I choose English (North American) as the default install language, and yet the Italian version of Adobe XD is being installed instead. Then on opening the app, it freezes and, after 5-10 seconds, closes itself quite suddenly. Then when I try to open it again, only a white window without the logo appears, freezing and stucking like this forever.

 

I tried to re-install it, but nothing changed.

    Thank you for reaching out. Would you mind telling us the default language of your windows 11 machine? Does the same happen with other Adobe apps? What is your subscription type? Is it individual, Teams or Enterprise?

    Hi @HARSHIKA_VERMA,

    Thank you for your quick response. Regarding my default language, it is Polish. However, I also have installed the following language packages: Italian, German and Norwegian (Bokmål). All other apps but one have English installed correctly. The exception is Adobe Fresco, which has been installed in Polish. My subscription type is individual.

    One more thing. I never had that problem before. Adobe XD was working just fine. But then I uninstalled it, changed the default install language from Polish to English (North American) and reinstalled it. Since that, I have been reporting the problem in question.
