Adobe XD 57.0.12 on Windows 10 Family 22H2 19045.2965 crashing when trying opening file

Hello Adobe Team!

 

When I open a file on Adobe XD 57.0.12 on Window 10 Family 22H2 19045.2965 xd is crashing but version 56.1.12 is working good.

 

I just wanted to let you know!

      Sorry for the inconvenience, could you please share the below info:
      1. Is this issue happening all the time
      2. Is this crash is with specific document or with all the documents
      3. Could you please share the logs and crash dump with me over direct message.

        No stress for the inconvenience 🙂

         

        Yes, this issue happening all time with all documents. I restart my PC and I follow this link too: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/xd/kb/xd-crashes-when-launched-on-Windows.html

         

        For the last question, in the moment, I can't install again the lastest version instead of 56.1.12. I'll back soon for the logs.

        If it could help you more quickly, I send yesterday to Adobe some logs with one with the email Contact samuel@champgauche.studio from the app after reopening.
