Adobe XD Alexa Skill is not currently Available?

Hi everyone I was building a skill for Alexa using Adobe Xd and wanted to test my skill on the device itself but the amazon site says that the skill is not currently availble. 

Does anyone know why does it says so or what could be done?

    I am facing this same problem. The plugin is available on XD but the XD skill for Alexa is not. I'm trying to use it in India and an not using VPN. Is there any workaround? Thanks.

    I am wondering if it is region specific. Would you mind sharing the region where you're operating from? I'd also like to know if you're using any VPN,
