Adobe XD app states "update needed," but no updates available in CC.

XD states the app is out-of-date and update needed, however, there are no updates available in CC. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and that did not work either. Any thoughts/fixes for this? See screenshots below.

There are a couple of things you can try.

  • You should try clicking on the gear in the Creative Cloud desktop application and then selecting "Check for App Updates" to see if you get a new version
  • If you're on an enterprise account, it's possible your IT manager has not updated the version of XD available for use.
