adobe xd automatically closed

I have installed Adobe XD few minutes ago and when i try to open it, it just closes automatically, without any error.

    Hi Shilendra,

     

    Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing in Xd. Would you please check if any other Xd instance is open. Also check in task manager or activity monitor if Xd is running, if yes quit them. If this doesn't help, let us know your OS version, Xd, version and a video of the issue.
