Adobe XD can't be opened

i got the "can't open xd" problem, usually it can be fixed by just reinstalling.

but after the newest update, it cant be opened, it always show the splash screen and then closed automatically. 

my machine do meet the requirement, and i already search the solution through the same kind post but to no avail (the white screen post, cleaner tools, registry and dll ones).

could anybody help me?
