Adobe XD Cancel free trial

I want to cancel my XD free trial but am not given the option to cancel after following the instructions provided by Help. Unable to contact Adobe by phone (no number listed) or chat (down). 

To copy from another poster experiencing this issue:

The pages for canceling plan are useless in my case I don't have these options shown there. (So please do not send me links  https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html ).
