Adobe XD Cant open document

I was working on a project for 3 days and today midway through working, my XD freezes, i press windows to unfreeze, and then when i go to load file, it says unable to load file and the file's not present in the recent files, and is also deleted from my PC. I'm still able to view the file on the Adobe XD app on android because it was synched to my cloud, but it doesn't show up on PC. I've lost 3 days' work. Can someone help me atleast download it from my Cloud.

Apologize for the delay in my response because of the weekend. Can you try looking for your file in Adobe Creative Cloud​ ? Let us know if you were able to locate your file.

Yeah the file is available on the phone app, so yeah it is on the XD cloud
