Neewbie here, I have created a prototype and sent to iPhone then saved link to Home page. Works fine, but how do I make this a app so others can download to their phone?
Or do I just send everyone a link to the prototype?

If you wish to just design and create a prototype of this app, then you can just share the link with other to test the user experience. In case you wish to get started with the development mode, then you would have to move beyond Adobe XD and check this link here: - Mobile app development | Adobe Developer Connection as Adobe XD is purely designing and prototyping tool.
