Adobe XD CC Crashes on Launch. Windows 10 version 1809 build 17763.55

just downloaded xd cc and it will not launch under Microsoft Windows 10 version 1809 build 17763.55.

nvidia drivers are up to date.

I reset the application.

Still no good.

Uninstalling.

Keep up with the Windows builds.
