Adobe Xd CC libraries

Hello,

Right now I'm facing a problem in CC libraries. Whenever I open Adobe XD libraries it says:

Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries.

Note: this problem shows in Adobe XD only.

I have tried many Adobe solution but none of them works.

Any clue?

Before we start tossing in a dozen possible suggestions, could you please state which "Adobe solutions" you already tried ? I guess logging out and back in again with your Adobe CC Desktop application was one of them ?

Yep.

Please indicate what else you tried. You mentioned "many Adobe solutions", and I'm not so keen on guessing the others one by one. And also state on which system, and Adobe XD and CC Sync version you're working. You can find them in the About dialogue, like here:

Note: it might be better to contact Adobe technical support about this.
