    Hi 1337Jelly,

We are currently working out ways to fix this through the app itself and the fix should be out soon. But for now, if we want to make this work (it is basically a protocol configuration issue) we would have to ask you to do it manually and this is a tried and tested workaround which should work.

Have you verified in all of the following Registry Hives and you couldn't find out the registry key?

    Registry Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (or)

                            HKEY_CURRENT_USERHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (or)

                            HKEY_CURRENT_USER

    Hi Niharika Jha,

Thanks for your quick reply. Good to hear you guys are working on the fix as we speak. I could indeed not find the registry key. However, I reinstalled the app several times and it seems that fixed it.

    Kind regards,

    Jelle

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. Please restart the machine and relaunch XD and see.

If it doesn't work, can you try the steps mentioned in the following article and let us know if it works-

Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows

It appears I already have Read & Execute permissions on the dlls described in the "solution" you posted, so that doesn't solve the issue. I also tried the registry edit solution, but I don't have the registry key, so there's nothing to edit. Both "solutions" seem very sketchy and obscure by the way. This is very user-unfriendly. I suggest you guys fix the error asap instead of letting your users fix the issue for you.
