Adobe XD CC process is suspended. Don't know how to get it to work.

I have tried getting it to work. I followed the instructions in the Microsoft website. I also followed everything on the adobe help website. It still does not work. I tried the following:

I am sorry that you are unable to use Adobe XD at the moment, could you please confirm the version of Adobe XD which you are using? Hi! I have the same problem.. My version is Adobe Xd 2020! Hope you can help me.
