Adobe XD: Conflicted Copies in Synced Folder

In our UX-Team, we are using synced folders to store all of our XD-Prototypes. Why? Because we we didn't find a better workflow with Cloud, as a XD-File belongs only to one user and you always have to invite the team to be abel to work on that file. And a lot more problems.

Anyway, since the day we started working with synced folders, we have dozens of Conflicted Copys in our Folders, with diferent dates and filesizes. After a time it is hard to determine, which is the most recent file. Or can we always delete those conflcted Copys? Waht can be done to avoid these conflicted copies?
