Adobe XD crash caused blank screens

Hi,
Adobe XD crashed so I exited out of the file when I went to reopen all the screens are blank, see image below. When I click on the flow to see the prototype , the link works fine and shows the designs that had been on the screen. can anyone tell me what I can do to retrieve the designs back on the main screens.

I was able to go back on a previous save and retrieve the designs there but super weird that this has happened and I really hope it doesn't happen again
