Adobe XD crash/hang on opening plugins panel on Windows

Question

Hello.
I have a problem with plugins, in Adobe XD.
When I open the plugins window, in Adobe XD, everything freezes. The window stops loading and hangs. You can close it, by the way. But, Adobe XD itself also hangs after that. You have to restart the program. Update latest. 
Please tell me what to do?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try reproducing the issue and note the time stamp in local time once XD freezes. Then please collect system logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html to collect logs and share it with us by adding the log file to shared a location like Google Drive or DropBox and sharing the link through DM.
