Adobe XD crashed and deleted my Workspace

Question

So I've been working on drafts in one workspace for a few months now and even when Adobe crashed occasionally, the work that I had saved was still saved. However, I just had it crash and I can't find the workspace ANYWHERE. It's like it never existed, even though I had saved it before and I would expect some variation available. What can I do? Or do I have to start over?
