Adobe XD crashes after opening a document

I've been through the whole community searching for a way I can fix my Adobe XD. (Windows 11)

 

-Every time I Startup Adobe XD and decide to open a document new or old it takes 2 - 3 seconds before crashing without any error codes.

 

XD version (45.0.62)

Windows version (4.8 Windows 11 Home)

 

are there any solutions to this problem?
