Adobe XD crashes after the latest update.

I tried all the solutions provided online, nothing works.

 

I wonder how can every release have some problem?

    I have de same problem since last week. I tried all the solutions provided here, but the problem still going on, it's very frustrating. Help us, please.

    We pay the monthly fee and we can't get support to solve this problem. More than two weeks with this problem that disturbs the work too much. Please adobe, sort this out. @Rishabh_Tiwari

    Hi Ashish,

     

    We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please uninstall XD using the cleaner tool using the https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and then re-install XD and let us know if that solves the issue. If it still crashes, please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD and OS.
    2. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files? 
    3. Please share system logs by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

    Hello Rishabh,

     

    I tired the steps to uninstall XD and Re-installed it. Still the same problem exists.

    I have installed cclog collecter too. The log file is successfully uploaded there.

     

    Here are the additional details:

    1. The version of XD and OS. - 42.0.22, OS - win 10 enterprise. 64-bit
    2. It is happening on multiple files. In fact, whenever i try to open xd, the crash report popup window opens and closed automatically. It also closes the XD app. I am not able to open any file.
    3. I have installed cclog collecter too. The log file is successfully uploaded there.

     

    Please help me as it is critical to get started working on XD again.
