Adobe XD crashes on launch and shows logo screen only. It's been many days since this issue is coming. The blank screen is normal in XD now. Please resolve this issue.

    I fixed it by doing the following:

    1. Launch Windows Settings
    2. Go to Apps
    3. Then Installed Apps
    4. Search for XD
    5. Click on the ... and choose Advanced Options
    6. Press the Reset button (you can try Repair first if you want, but that didn't work for me)
    7. XD should now start up from the Start Menu (it still won't launch from not Creative Cloud)

    Hi bushrak,

     

    We're sorry for your inconvenience. We want to inform you that it's a known bug, and the team is investigating the issue.

    We will request you, please try the steps suggested in this article, and if that doesn't help, please continue to generate logs and crash dumps and upload them to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me. over a private message so that we can attach it to the bug for further investigation.
