Adobe XD crashes on open project without error.

Greetings,

Since last year i wait for 1-2 hours to open my projects. It doesnt show any errors just close programm. after few repeats it open. But after opening it works ok.

 

I've already uninstalled and installed back, reinstall windows.

when it work and when its opening it shows 20-30% of memmory and 25-30% of CPU.

 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview (64bit)
v1803 Build 17661.1001

 

CPU: Intel i5 3337

GPU: Rx570 

RAM: 8GB

DISK: 128GB SSD / 4TB HDD

    Hi there,

     

    We are sorry for the trouble. We would request you to please generate Crash dumps and Adobe logs and share the XD file with us so that we can escalate and investigate the issue at our end. Once the logs are generated, please upload them to CC or Dropbox and share the URL with us. Please share the version of XD you are using as well.

     

    Let us know if you find it difficult to get logs using the steps mentioned. 

     

    We will try other ways to get logs from your machine.
