Adobe XD crashes on startup

Hi. on my computer is crashing adobe XD on startup version 41.0.12 
I have windows 10 64bit version.
It shows only screen with XD loho and accidentally crash. Help me please.

Hi,

could you give us more information about the features of your computer? Have you tried a new installation of Adobe XD? I recommend using Creative Cloud Cleaner to uninstall Adobe XD and remove any corrupt files.
