Adobe XD crashes on Windows

Question

Bonjour à tous
XD (quelquesoit les dernières versions) crashe de façon intempestive sur Windows 10 (avec tous les pilotes à jour). C'est assez rageant, frustant, énervant. Est-il prévu de faire quelque chose pour améliorer la stabilité de l'outil sur ce système ?

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please update XD to the latest version and which is 42.1 and check if that solves the issue. If it still crashes, please install the latest OS updates, as in some of the cases, we have found that updating OS have resolved such issues. So please update Windows OS and then uninstall XD using the cleaner tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and once uninstalled, please re-install XD and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
