Adobe XD crashes when I open a project

I have tried to use Adobe XD for a university course, but every time I try to open a new project, the program stops and closes.

These are some of the specifications of my computer:

    I tried all the options, and the last solution seemed to work for a bit (Adobe XD was not crashing after opening the project) however, when I tried to click on the layers (to rename them) the program froze and crashed again. Then, I tried repeating the same process to open Adobe XD, but it did not work the second time, it crashed again right after opening the project.
