Adobe XD crashes with in 2 sec after opening.

the problem is that I installed it on creative cloud desktop, and when I open it it closes after 2 seconds. how can I do?

We are sorry to hear you are unable to open XD. We would request you to please sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and XD, restart the machine and then sign back in. If that doesn't help, please try to download from here: https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/individual.html
