Adobe XD crashing on wake from sleep - Macbook Pro MacOS 10.15 Catalina

Strange problem that I can't seem to find anyone else online having similair issues with. Here's what happens to reproduce:

1. Leaving Adobe XD Projects open

2. Sleep my computer (either via MacOS menu or closing the lid)

3. Wait overnight or longer than 1hr or so (can't nail down exactly how long, seems to be any exteded period of time)

4. Open / wake computer and instantly met with Adobe XD Send Crash Report panel. No other apps have crashed.

I do have an older MBP model (Mid-2015) so it could be a hardware issue... just wondering if there's any steps I can take to examine the problem better.

In the meantime I'm experimenting with turning off Power Nap in power settings and seeing if this resolves.

Thankfully backups are saved I'm able to reopen and continue my progress on files where I left off.

I got a brand new Macbook Pro 16" and the same exact problem has been still happening. Reaching out to customer service as directed above is just leading to having me wait with no response.

It happened again after about an hour asleep... with Power Nap turned off. I was able to grab the official MacOS crash log.  Maybe this will help identify whats going on?
