Hi everyone,I am having trouble generating a shared link in Adobe XD. Every time I click Share > Create Link, the progress bar goes all the way up to 100%, but then it suddenly fails and throws Error Code 44:49.To troubleshoot this, I tested with a completely clean, brand new project containing 0 assets in the library and only 1 single artboard/page with a simple rectangle. The results are as follows:Local File Test: Saved this 1-page blank project on my computer's local hard drive and tried to create a link. -> Failed at 100% (Error 44:49) Cloud Document Test: Saved the exact same 1-page blank project directly to the Adobe Cloud and tried to create a link from there. -> Failed at 100% (Error 44:49) Different Network & Device Test: I also copied this file to another laptop (NB) and connected it to a mobile hotspot (completely switching to an external mobile network). The exact same error 44:49 occurred at 100%. This rules out any local router, ISP, or standard firewall blocking issues. My System & App Specs:OS: Windows 11 Version 23H2 Adobe XD: Version 61.0.12.1 (Latest) Creative Cloud Sync: Version 7.8.10.1 Since the error happens consistently at the very end of the upload process regardless of where the file is stored—even with a file containing 0 assets and only 1 page—it strongly points to a backend sync or account authentication issue rather than file corruption or heavy data load.Has anyone encountered this specific error code 44:49 under these exact conditions? same. we have different Adobe accounts and we cannot update on any of them. This seems to be a bigger issue

Just a quick update:

The problem seems to have disappeared. I retried using the same test file that had been failing before. The file is a completely clean project containing only a single artboard and a simple rectangle, and publishing now works normally.

Since nothing changed on my side and the exact same file is now working, I suspect the issue was likely related to Adobe's backend services rather than the file itself.
