When i am home on my network / pc,

i am dealing with this issue all the time:
whole program then slowly after just freezes.
When at my work station (at work) no problems at all.
ive uninstalled XD and installed again, no plugins, same problem.

i have checked windows firewall if something was up there, but xd is allowed there.
unsure what to try then.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you are having trouble using XD. Please try the suggestions mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-saving-xd-file-creative-cloud.html and if that doesn't help. We would request you to please share a few more details like-

  • What is the OS and XD version of your machine?
  • Is it happening with a specific file or all the files?
  • are you able to see the file at assets.adobe.com?

please feel free to update this discussion in case you need further assistance and we will be happy to help.

Thanks,

Chethan
