Adobe XD does not open for about a week.

Seriously guys, I simply cannot work anymore. For those reasons I regret to have chosen adobe xd to work, now its simply impossible to migrate all my work to another software. This is really unprofessional. If you update adobe XD without testing, and let us down like this, just downgrade it back please. We need to be able to work.

    I'm sorry that XD is not working for you. Can you let us know exactly what happens? Does the app launch but you can't open files? Do you get any error messages? If you can be more specific then we can try to help. Are you using Mac/PC? What version OS are you on? You can also contact Adobe tech support and they can help you troubleshoot potential issues to get this fixed.
