adobe xd doesn't start on my computer

i had tried to install it a few times , restart the computer etc but adobe xd doesnt work on my computer !

any idea on what the problem could be ?

Please share the OS build, the version of Adobe XD which you are using, graphics cards drivers version.

windows 10 - 64bits

amd radeon hd 5450

intel core i7 vpro

adobe xd version 13.0

i just installed the last driver for my graphic card from amd's website

and btw both photoshop and indesign work well on my computer...

Thanks for sharing the information here Yahir26, could you please share the OS build, you can get it using the following steps.

Windows key + R > Type "winver" and select Ok. You would be able to find OS build. I would also request you to check with Windows section on this link: - Known issues
