Adobe xd download

hey, sorry for any mistakes, this is my first post.
I wanted to ask you if anyone knows if it is possible to download adobe xd.
Because I just changed PC and I should open some Adobe XD files, but not having the software on this PC I should download it but on the Adobe website it says it is under maintenance.
