Adobe XD Error 16. Please help!

So every time I open Adobe Xd I'm getting error 16

I've tried all the methods to fix (giving permissions to PCD and SL store)

I've read all the forums

I've reinstalled like 10 times

the problem still exist and its so annoying.

Please guys help me its very urgent.

I've mentioned that I've already tried the fixes you are referring to

I've Changed all the permission as the forum guided me but its still not fixing

uninstalled more than 10 times

I cant work without this app please help!
