Adobe XD Error 44:48

Dear Adobe Network, 

 

When i want to create a link i'll get the error 44:48. The same document i can create a link with XD on an other computer. On my computer i can't share any document, even when its empty i'll get the same error. 

Please help, i can't find out what is wrong on my computer. It's impossible to work with XD, because everytime i want to share i have to change computers with a co-worker

    Hi @Robert28232215v4o7, I'd try suggestions mentioned here suggested by @Preran which are:

    Some variants of this error message: Error 44:47 and 44:23, 44:63 

    Try the solutions in the order in which they are listed. 

    • Reduce number of assets in your files and retry 
    • Split your artboards into two separate files and retry. 

     

    While we understand that the last two solutions aren't ideal, the team is aware of the issue, and is working towards fixing it.

      Hi Preran,

      All the behove doesn't work, even when i'll try to share an empty page it won't work. It's dramatic.

      Thank you for trying the steps suggested by Akin. It seems to be an issue happening on your computer only. Would you mind telling us your computer specification and the version of XD? Please also tell us about your subscription. Are you on an Individual, Teams, or Enterprise subscription?
