Adobe XD extremely slow for anything

Hello,

 

Spec :

I'm on Windows 10 build 19041.1165,
graphic card is NVidia Quadro P2200 with latest Driver.

Adobe XD is version 43.0.12

 

The issue :

Adobe XD is taking ages to do anything (opening a file, zooming in/out, moving around, changing application tab, really anything...).

 

What I tried to do :

- Desinstalled current version, installed older version

- Cleaning all the Adobe Files including other softwares, restarting, cleaned again using the tool (as administrator), clean reinstall

- Saving a file on my hard disk to run it, in case the issue came with online files

- Checked windows and driver versions just in case, all is good

 

...I didn't have the issue when I used it back in July 😕😕

I am facing the exact same problem!

 

Spec:
Windows 10 Pro, version 21H1, build 19034.1165.
Graphic card is NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB with latest Driver.
Adobe XD is version 43.0.12.

 

I tried to solve it the same way, but without success!

I've been looking around the forums checking if the new posts have a start of an answer or anything.


I'm starting to be slightly worried as I need to progress on current project and I see issues marked as solved when they're not, even when answered very late.

I'll probably have to start looking at Figma if I don't have any solution soon, I'm sorry but I can't put this project on hold more than a few days...

I am so sorry for the delay in response. Could you please update XD to the latest version which is 43.0 and let us know if that solves the issue or if you still need assistance.

As I mentionned in my original topic message my version is already the latest (43.0.12)

Hi there,

 

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. In addition to the information asked by Gianvitulano, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. Please collect system logs by following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
  2. Please collect Spin Dump file by following the steps shared below:
  • Launch Task Manager
  • Select the Adobe XD process
  • Right click on the Adobe XD process
  • Select “Create dump file”
  • This will generate a binary file

 

Please add both the file to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.
