macOS Monterey / Version 12.5

"Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Schließen Sie das Dokument und öffnen Sie es erneut, um die Arbeit fortzusetzen. Wenn diese Meldung erneut angezeigt wird, öffnen Sie den Verlauf des Dokuments, um die Kopie einer früheren Version zu speichern. (Fehler 5007)“

    We are sorry to hear you're unable to open the shared file in XD. We would like to know a few details-

     

    • Does that happen with a specific file or all shared files?
    • Please share the version of XD installed on your mac machine.
    • Have you tried opening the shared file from here: https://assets.adobe.com/shared?

    Hi Harshika,

    thank you for your quick answer.
    It happens when I try to open a file that someone has shared with me. Unfortunately, I cannot open the history as suggested in the error message.
    My XD has the following Version: 54.1.12.1 x64, Creative Cloud-Synchronisation: 5.17.9.1
