Please help. Adobe XD files are missing after Adobe License Renewal.

    Hi, this is an enterprise liscence with Harman connected services. My employee id is goutam.sarkar@harman.com

    so, account id is that email. It is a existing account with renew. All adobe xd source files are missing.. but all the executed file links are working fine. sample link https://xd.adobe.com/view/43185532-498c-4a34-87df-b2ee1c4c05ee-164b/

    Could you please let us know:
    1. Have you purchased fresh licence
    2. Earlier you were paid user
    3. When did your licence expired and when you renewed
    4. Could you please collect the logs using log collector and share the logs with me.
    5. Please let us know if you are signed In with correct profile as well
    6. Is all your files not visisble or few files.
