Adobe XD for Jira says "Hmm, there seems to be a problem adding this link."

Hello,

I have a question about the Adobe XD for Jira.

I put the URL to the field of Adobe XD for Jira, and attach it.

However, attaching is not complete.

The message "Hmm, there seems to be a problem adding this link." appear.

Is there any issue on Adobe XD for Jira plugin?

Version of XD
Version of Jira
Are you using JIRA cloud or JIRA server deployment?

Version of Jira : Latest Jira Cloud
Are you using JIRA cloud or JIRA server deployment? : Jira Cloud

Seemingly, this issue happen when put the Adobe XD Link which has no password.

Hi Yooshie,

A version of XD doesn't seem to be correct. The latest version is XD 54. If you are on Mac, go to XD menu and click About XD and share the screenshot. If you're on Windows, go to the Help menu, select About XD, and share the screenshot.

Please do the same for Jira as well. Go to help and click about Jira.
