ADOBE XD FREEZES

MY ADOBE XD MAKES MY LAPTOP FREEZES ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM OPENING DOWNLOADED UI KITS. I HAVE CORE I5 SECOND GEN WITH 4GB RAM WINDOWS 10.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD.
    2. Is this happening while downloading specific UI kits or from a specific website or its happening with multiple UI kits?
    3. Does this happen while opening any other files?
    4. Please collect and share the system logs: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
