I try to start Adobe XD but it freezes while starting.

I use MacOS catalina 10.15.

The other Adobe products works well (like Photoshop, Illustrator or Bridge)

I try to reinstall XD but it still dosen't works. So i try to remove all preferences-files on systemfolder "library/preferences" than i uninstall xd (completly) and i install it again. But it doesen't work anyway.

Someone knows a solution for this problem?

I see only the macOS-busy-Icon...

I've solved the problem! The only solution is to delete all files that contains something with "adobe" oder "creative cloud".. in all folders... also in the Library/Folder. After that you can reinstall the Adobe-Porducts...
